Human Development Division (Junior)
Job Description

  • Gather information and course elements from members, internal departements, and SMEs.
  • Develop and design learning material, coordinate, and review educational content, and incorporate current technology in developing specific e-learning module.
  • Support the development of learning programs including : uploading and updating course ware and module, training assignments, learner notification and rules in LMS.
  • Utilize knowledge of LMS capabilities, developing custom reports to assist with planning, and managing training and development activities of company.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least  S1 Information/System Technology or Visual Communication Design.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduate are welcomed.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Content Creating, Graphic Design
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Training & Development or equivalent
